SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat-rate of $45 for anywhere in the contiguous United States. Live arrival is guaranteed. Cliffhanger Reptiles ships animals overnight on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which allows for Wednesday/Thursday morning deliveries. If you live in a rural area, a pickup may be made available at your local FedEx Ship Center to avoid lengthened box time. We will reach out to schedule shipping after your order is processed, which may take up to 48 hours.


Since we take extreme care in shipping bearded dragons and pride ourselves on 100% live arrivals, we reserve the right to postpone a shipment if there is an increase in delays or bad weather. Either way, we will always update you via email.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

COVID-19: Currently, we only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (for Wednesday and Thursday arrivals). With the increased pressure on FedEx, shipping any earlier or later in the week has been resulting in extra, potentially dangerous delays. Thank you for understanding.



Due to increased summer temperatures, if the destination temperature is above 90 degrees Fahrenheit, we require the box to be held at a FedEx Ship Center. If over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, we will need to wait for cooler weather to ship. Also, please see our shipping page for late delivery zones (guaranteed after noon), which may require even cooler temperatures.
